Personal Data Notice

This notice is provided by ISM Yazılım, as data controller, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") regarding personal data collected through smartcatalog.com.tr.

Data processed: the first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number, product count and message you submit through the demo request form, as well as the page the form was sent from, the referring address, campaign information and your IP address.

Purposes: to evaluate your demo request, contact you, prepare a tailored demo and quote, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations.

Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary for entering into or performing a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfers: your data is not shared with third parties other than our hosting and email infrastructure providers.

Retention: kept for at most 2 years after your request is concluded, then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights: to exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 (to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction or deletion, etc.), write to info@ismyazilim.com.
